I was a student of Mr. O’Brien in 1970. He will be remembered as a great guy and a very effective teacher. He was always an even-keeled gentleman who didn’t get bothered with the nonsense that a bunch of high school boys could bring to the classroom.
As a Don Bosco student. he was the best.. He was one of my first teachers. I came into the new school as a freshman very scared not knowing anyone. He made my transition a whole lot better. He had a gift and love for teaching.
Mr. O'Brien taught many young men at Don Bosco Tech in Paterson NJ, and was one of them. Fond memories of a teacher dedicated to making sure each and every one of us left his class smarter than we entered it!
