Obituary of Kenneth J. McIsaac

Kenneth McIsaac, 76, of Hopatcong passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at Morristown Medical Center. Born in Quincy, MA on January 1, 1940, to the late Kenneth F. and Lillian McIsaac, Ken has resided in Hopatcong for many years. Most of his career was spent as a salesman for US Steel working in Saddle Brook, NJ and Boston, MA. Ken was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council at St. Jude Church in Hopatcong where he was a long time parishioner. He also served as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. Ken was a passionate Boston sports fan and enjoyed golf and tennis. Ken was a devoted husband, father and grandfather whose greatest joy was spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 35 years, Ann Marie in 2002, and four sisters, Lillian, Mary, Patricia and Kay. Survivors include his children Karen Barrett and spouse, Mark; Kenneth McIsaac and spouse, Jennifer (Gagnon); and Daniel McIsaac and spouse, Jennifer (Spataro); eight grandchildren, Joshua, Michael, Timothy and Emily Barrett, Jacob and Alyssa McIsaac and Hayley and Matthew McIsaac; and six siblings, Irene, Carol, Charles, Gene, June and Francis. Ken's Life Celebration will include visiting on Thursday, June 16th from 5-8 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, June 17th beginning at 10:00AM at St. Jude RC Church, 40 Maxim Drive, Hopatcong, NJ 07843.
